Sakhile Zest 4 Life was founded in the year 2003 in Port Elizabeth South Africa by the Natural Dr LL. Booi

 

When she was young, family members used to get sick from various serious ailments. She used to be involved and because doctors were very scarce and were unavailable at most times, so she had to go out and inform herself about what could help those in need where she got the information of knowing remedies such as grating apples and waiting for them to brown helps stop diarrhoea, and if there is swelling that takes place cayenne pepper will increase blood flow and remove clots and swelling etc. At that point in time she knew nothing about the natural herbs that were laying around the house. She found her drive in helping others and informing herself, she went on to studying and gaining various qualifications such as colon hydro therapist, psychology, herbalism, dietician, and homeopathy in the natural way. After studying she founded a company named Albimart traded as Zest 4 Life and she expanded gaining employees, training them, and sending them to school to further their studies and opening health clubs to let people know about natural medication, how it works and the benefits about using natural herbs. In the journey of expanding the company she lost one of her sons by the name of Sakhile. From the impact that Sakhile had in the company they decided to change the name and then the name of Sakhile Natural Centre was created.
